InterCAX LLC (Atlanta, GA) announced today that two key contributors had joined the company on a full-time basis. Dr. Dirk Zwemer, a founder and partner, has joined as President, concentrating on business development and marketing. He worked previously for AkroMetrix LLC, another Georgia Tech spin-off, as president, v.p. operations, and v.p. technology. He has more than 25 years industrial experience with Bell Laboratories, Exxon, ITT and SRI Consulting.
Mr. Manas Bajaj has joined as Senior Research Engineer. As a graduate research student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, he has been a key technology contributor in the areas of knowledge representation, open standards, simulation-based design in the context of product /system lifecycle management, and development of the OMG SysML specification. He is scheduled to receive his PhD degree in Spring 2008 from the GIT School of Mechanical Engineering.
